1. Purpose and scope of application
The purpose of these General Conditions of Contract is to regulate the relationship between Viviana Alejandra Vázquez Goncalves, with NIF 54152243P (hereinafter, PEQUEPACK) and the Client of the website in relation to the purchase of the products offered on pequepack.com , for which the client must be of legal age.
2. Products offered on the website
Through the pequepack.com website, users are offered the possibility of buying craft packs through a monthly subscription, in addition to other products included in the category of toys, crafts and gift items
3. Purchase process
Any doubt in the purchase process can be resolved by sending an email to email@example.com and from PEQUEPACK we will contact the customer as soon as possible and provide the requested information whenever possible.
1º The purchase process begins when the user selects the option “Get” or “Add to cart”.
2º The user will be redirected to a new page where a form will be enabled that must be filled in with personal data and a valid email.
3º The user must fill in the payment details, being the payment methods available card or paypal.
4th After acceptance, the user must click on “Buy”.
5º Once the payment has been processed, the correct processing of the order will be confirmed by receiving an email, and the products will be shipped as detailed in the shipping policy.
4. Return policy.
According to current legislation on electronic commerce, the client may withdraw from the contract during the first 14 days from the day following the contract.

5. Product prices.
The prices of the products will be those that appear on the website on the date of purchase, including all the corresponding taxes.

In the event that a customer has requested a refund of the amount paid for a product and subsequently decides to buy it again, the price that appears on the website at that time will be applied.
6. Formalization of the contract
From the moment of confirmation of the purchase, the user acquires the condition of Client of PEQUEPACK that is described in these General Conditions.
At the moment in which the user pays the payment for the product, the contract will be deemed perfected.
PEQUEPACK files the electronic documents in which the purchases are formalized.
In the event that the Client makes an error when sending the data, they may modify them by sending an email to the email address: email@example.com stating in the subject of the email that it is a data modification.
Any hiring is formed will be made in Spanish, without prejudice to the fact that PEQUEPACK will subsequently make it possible to make the purchase in other languages.
Support will be offered both in Spanish, notwithstanding that PEQUEPACK may subsequently offer support in other languages.
8. Responsibilities of PEQUEPACK.
PEQUEPACK guarantees the quality of the products offered through the pequepack.com website.
All the rights that the Laws in force guarantee to consumers and users are guaranteed.
PEQUEPACK undertakes to act diligently and with the greatest contractual good faith in its obligations, informing the Client at all times of any incidents or particularities that may affect the correct delivery of the products.
9. User Responsibilities.
The user guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the data provided when completing the purchase forms, especially in terms of notification channels (email), avoiding causing damage to the provider as a result of said inaccuracy.
Breach of any of these General Conditions may lead to the cancellation of the shipment of the products without the need for prior notice to the Client and without this giving the right to any compensation.
The user will inform PEQUEPACK at all times through the email firstname.lastname@example.org of any relevant information related to the contracted products or services.
10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be those provided by the applicable legal regulations in matters of jurisdiction competent, in which it is attended, in the case of final consumers, to the place of fulfillment of the obligation or to the domicile of the purchasing party.
In the case of a sale made by a company, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
